COVID-19 and Children of Separated and Divorced Parents

COVID Vax Fact Children Get Vaccine | Health.mil

Now that COVID vaccinations have been implemented for children from ages 5-11, many parents are at odds regarding the vaccination process as it relates to children. It is very important that parents research the pros and cons of vaccinations and children. If parents have joint legal custody, the parents must be on the same page regarding vaccinating their child or children. If the parents don’t share custody, the parent with sole custody can make the decision in terms of when and how to vaccinate their child or children. According to the National Law Review article published on-line on December 15 ,2021, divorced and or separated parents have been presented with the dilemma of whether or not to vaccinate their children.

Many parents have expressed concerns regarding the vaccine and potential side effects that might result from vaccinating their child.
